Cream of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) can regular strength chicken broth
- 1 t. dehydrated minced onion
- 1 t. bouillon granules
- 1 c. fresh or frozen chopped broccoli
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. UltraGel
Directions
- Combine broth, onion, bouillon granules and broccoli in a heavy pan and cook, covered, until vegetables are tender.
- Add evaporated milk, then add UltraGel gradually with wie whisk, stirring constantly.
- Simmer for five minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season to taste and serve immediately.
- GOOD IDEAS - try this recipe using 1 c. mushrooms, cauliflower, potatoes, or other vegetables.
