Strawberry freezer jam
Fast and easy
Ingredients
- 6 3/4 cups crushed strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen white grape or apple juice concentrate
- 1/2 cup water1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 cups sugar1
- 1/4 - 1 1/2 cups ULTRA GEL
- 1 pkg. strawberry drink mix (optional)
Directions
- Combine the crushed strawberries, juice concentrate, water, lemon juice, drink mix and sugar. Stir until dissolved.
- Gradually stir in 1 1/4 c. ULTRA GEL.
- Allow to stand 10 minutes to thicken. If a thicker consistency is desired, slowly add the remaining 1/4 c. of Ultra Gel.
- Package, seal, label, and freeze for 6-12 months.
- This recipe may be doubled or tripled if desired.
- Makes about 7 pints of jam.
